At Peruvian Connection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our artisan-crafted apparel. If for any reason you are not delighted, you may return or exchange your unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Complete the Form

  Locate the return form included with your original shipment and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the completed return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Apply the pre-paid SmartLabel included in your package to the outside of the box, or use your preferred shipping carrier to send the package back to our Kansas warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location or collection box; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
